So in 2001 after a year in a corporate design agency, I fell into my career. Before YouTube or social media and before anyone knew what the internet was for, a crew of people who became my best friends went to Venice and made a website on location of Mike Figgis’ experimental digital film ‘Hotel’. We made daily content and games and films and put them in these tiny boxes and did it every day for 6 weeks. It was entirely ahead of its time, we only have screen grabs of it left (it was built on an old legacy platform of filmfour.com) and it changed our lives.

We started Franki&Jonny after this project and for 10 years we worked in the entertainment sector pushing the boundaries of digital content and audience development, all the while bringing a refined conceptual aesthetic to each project.

And sometimes we just designed film posters. It was awesome.
